Voor mijn SWF nr. 100 heb ik een greep in het archief gedaan, omdat ik vond dat het iets speciaals moest worden. Met een aantal foto’s van de gedeeltelijke zonsverduistering in de vroege ochtend van 31 mei 2003, hoop ik dat die opzet geslaagd is. Voor deze unieke gebeurtenis ben ik ‘s ochtends rond vier uur in de auto gestapt om het spektakel te zien en vast te leggen bij het voormalige vissersdorp Paesens & Moddergat aan de Waddenzee. For my SWF nr. 100 I took some pictures from my archive, because I think it should to be something special. With some photos of the partial eclipse of the sun in the early hours of may 31 2003, I hope to achieve this. To watch and photograph this unique event, I got into my car around four o’clock in the morning and drove to Paesens & Moddergat, a former fishing town in the northern part of the Netherlands at the coast of the Waddensea.
